The Travelling Contracts

The description of the houses and apartments is true.

Each single structure is finished with noumerous detailed photos.

Reservations

Reservations can be made over the phone or on-line from site www.gbcasevacanzesicilia.com 

Booking will be confirmed only upon acceptance of the writer and subject to advance.

Arrivals / Departure
 
The apartments are available from 3:00pm on the day of arrival

and must be freed before 10am of the last day.

Osservances

The contract is valid only for the number of people confirmed at the time of the reservation.
Any additions are possible on request and on the base of availability of the structure chosen.
An additional supplement will be changed. 

Guests are obliged to present their documents to the landlord,

                                                                   for communication and registration on the housing portal.

Payment

The extent of the advance will be notified by the owner at the time of booking.
Such account must reach within and not over 3 days, annulment excepted of the booking.

Full payment must be made upon arrival and upon delivery of the key each apartment.

Cancellations

The customer may cancel the contract:

- No penalty being the termination, by email within 120 days before your arrival.

- Penalty of 10% (deposit) if cancellation is made within 119 days before arrival.
